Deborah Southan and Adrian Southan, a brother and sister business team established DKAP International in 2004. They have since been joined by a dedicated team of employees working from Willenhall, Staffordshire some 10 miles North of Birmingham, West Midlands.

DKAP hold regular Dental training Seminars known as the "Smile Design Workshops" to educate Dentists in the placement of Lumineers by Cerinate.
